Now that would be an interesting feature.  Maybe if it ran through the AIM system it would also take the strain off the MxO game servers.  It would make it alot easier for real-time communications.

thats good i never thought a running it through aim. Cheesy

there have also been many threads on the MxO forums about this and they say there will be to much noise. but if the crews of omega down load a program then that would dramatically reduce noise, also if there was a feature to select the player you would like to talk to in either of the two options then that would be great

Hmmm I'm unsure what they mean by too much noise.  If it was possible via the messenger service it would operate in the same way it would normally, or so I would assume.  So if voice communication is a viable option in standard AIM I can't see why not in the game.

But truely depends on what services AOL and WB have worked out for their partnership.

Well for anyone that is in the Omega Syndicate I could host a Ventrilo server. If everyone was willing to download the program we all could on that and when MxO comes out I'll have a new computer and be hosting it from a different location. My house will be full with my brother, my friend, and me all playing MxO. If you'd like download it cool. The Ip and Port are below. The site for it is ventrilo.com.

You migth want to have put this in the private section, but I notice fellow member don't check there that often which is a shame.

Might have to send a mass e-mail to remind to look there every once and awhile Cheesy

I agree. both this and the thread about the stratics board need to be moved to the private section.

I also agree we should all use teamspeak, but I am confused, Powow, are you planning on running a server with the comp you plan on playing on, or do you have a server?  Anywho, I am very pleased to see how full the Beowolf is getting, I'm.., just so proud, And I wonder if you "die" in this game I have been thinking about that. I know that would suck. Have they decided on a price yet, it doesn't matter, I am going to pay it. Well I am rambling so I shall stop, cause it's a little weird, for I am a Jester and not a cobbler that is a mender of bad souls, as if the mender of bad souls would be a cobbler                                   Tis the Jester's Way
