Hello. I think most of you remember me as Darrius.

Why and how I dissapeared from MXO well, its complicated and I shall tell this thread for another day.

I remember I had lots of unfinished threads back when I could post. One of them was about an idea for a district called "The Entertainment District". Well, saddly I cannot post in the original thread to finish it, however I still have tons of info left over to post about.

I will finish the idea here.

Some of this info will be from the old post, but there will be much more new info this time around. I have location artwork, maps, skill charts and missions.

::ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT::

If you go up North East from Downtown, you will hit this huge chunk of the MegaCity before you are even near International. Filled with lights, loud sounds, expensive food, and a whole lot of additued, this is a part of town that never sleeps. If a person can afford it, the adverage worker in Downtown would love to vacation there only to return broke. Some believe this was built as an adiction to keep humans more worried about their false life then the appearnet reality of the Matrix.

This was once off-limits to Zion due to its elusive nature, the Machines have lots of control there and only the most powerful Exiles run rampent in the streets. Still, as the plot thickens with in the Matrix, even off-zones are battlegrounds for the upcomming strugles ahead.

Be warned though, the Etnertainment District is like a venus flytrap with a love in a hookers eye. While it dose contain treastures and crucial information, it it both hevaly guarded by the Major Arcana and it is a very dangerous teritory.


*Neighborhood Name* - Name of the Neighborhood and Discription
*Number of Hardlines* - List Hardlines
*Neightborhood Contact* - Names the Neighborhood Contact and there Backstory
*Local Exile Gang* - Details the Local Gang, the Leader, and their Goals
*Collector* - List Local Collector and Requirements/Reward
*Famous Locations* - Place of Intrest including Exile Hideouts, Monuments and Parks
*Access Node* - List Access Node and were to get the Access Card from what Gang



.::Nastratin::.

Redpills who get off of the Blue Line will first stop at this desolate town, wich is one of the Smallest Parts of the Entertainment District similar to Zia in size. This has the familiar dressings of an adverage town; small apartments, bakeries, strip malls and more. However, due to the nature of the district, it has been very influenced by all the Hollywood Hoopla around it. Two Dollor movie shops are open 24/7, a numorus amout of people living in the town are small time actors, directors and screenwrighters who work in other parts of the district. What was once a nice little town, the reccent introduction of an uproaring gang-violence has left the area looking like a light version of the Barrens if anything.

Hardlines :: NW, SE

:..>The Fool

You have to understand that in the Entertainment District there are many people and programs who like to employ other Red Pills for work. One such group is a local club of groupies known as the Major Arcana. They are all named appropriate to what there job is in the city and know each other to a degree more or less.

The Fool is a new program that is the remain of a core codec in a much larger routing program. After it's intital crash, it started to cause major problems within the Power Plant core, inreggulating too much or too little energy to the fedus "crops" causing them to malfunction. Marked for deletion, the fragmented program excaped and arived in the Matrix via the Merovingian, only to betray him and hide out on his own.

The Fool, just like the rest of his exile gang, is highly dangerous and sports a twisted sence of humor. He takes all facets of life as a joke no matter how unsettling they seam or how it affects peoplea around them. Due to his glitched nature, he naturaly hates everybody but himself and enjoys pulling pranks and torturing them, causing problems for the Matrix, Exiles, and Zion alike. He deeply hates the Oracle and will take every chance he gets to ruin her image.


:..>The Jokers Child

Level 26 -- (Joke ^, Gag ^^)

Level 28 -- (Prankster ^^, Knock-Knock ^^, Harliquin ^^^)

Level 30 -- (Clownboy ^^, Running-Gag ^^, Aristocrat ^^^)

Gang Boss Level 31 "Pennywise" ^^^

These are the digital reprisentations of the sub-routines that The Fool use to be apart off...atleast the leders are. Most of the gang are hired from the discruntled youth and teenagers of that area, taking out there angst on socity and fully buying the anarchy proproganda put out by The Fool and his sub-routiens. They love hotwireing cars, lighting bags of poo on fire, defaceing property, womenising, and enguaging in brutal fights with people they deam lower than themselfs. They are most identafyable by wearing a mask of a demonic clown and wearing thick, black trenchcoats that hide firearms. There leader is named "Pennywise", and is also the most psychotic of the sub-routines.

:.>Skomorokh - An outcast of Jokers Child who wants to be reformed in her life of wrongdoing. She will give you BoBo's Lamient (Disquse Mask +15 Combat Evasion, +10 Healing) if you give her 14 Harliquin Cards from the Chokers Child.

:..>Two-Thumbs Theater - A place of entertiantment accross from town, this is the bigges $2 movie theater and is also the most visualy runned down. Two of the projection theaters have coustomers, but one is virtualy empty and is often a place were fights are held on stange or erotic acts go on behind the sceens. There is no security around the area besides the various Joker's Child sprinkled around town.

:..>Keystone Park - This is were the SW Hardline in located and is one of the few places were the Joker's Child do not lauder around. Various locals will give you usefull tips if you talk to them and various movie posters old and new are strown about. In the far end of the park is a bronz statue of Unckle Dun Kim, who was a frequent town resident and suposidly died of a heart attack. However, apon closer study, it turns out that this is a statue of The Keymaker, erected by the Matrix for some unknown reason for helping all the pervious Ones' enter the Source ending with Neo. Unfortunatly, it has surcummed to frequent pranks by the Joker's Child, sporting a flower neckless, boxer shorts on the statues head, and random graffiti sprayed around its base stating various profanites.

:..The Access Node is located near a used car lot were 8 of the toughest Joker's Child guard it.


.::Vaudville::.

Just like its namesake, Vaudville is a mixed bag of shops, recording stations, news broadcasting, theater plays, and local apartment houseing. The streets are alive with fiesty locals, wi-fi hotspots for internet communication, and a coffie shop around every cornner. This place also won "Cleanest Neighborhood of the Year" award three times in a row thanks to a huge recycling and anti-drug effort, funded by "Mr. Wizard" as locals call him.

:..>The Magician

He is known to those who he trust as Mr. Wizard. A very kind and happy-go-lucky individual, The Magician has been hearald by The Sentinal as "The next Houdini" and clamed by The MegaCity Times as the best entertainer in the world by stating "Copperfeild dose not stand a chance." In reality, he is a program that works for the Machines as a debugger for highly damaged code corupting the Matrix. He is sort of a clean freak, and always speaks in grandoise terms with a striking boom from his voice. His leasure activities by preforming hacks...*ahem*..."magic" infront of Blue Pills risks his job to the Machines eye, but keeps it all under control to point out to Copertops how it is all an trick in the end and what is important is living in bliss. "Telling a secret of a trick ruins the fun" is his quote, in reality he is facinated in how the Matrix preforms tricks of its own convincing Humans to remain in the system, and hopes to fiddle around enough to find out how the system works its own brand of magic on the cortex that way.

:..>The Vile Wands

Level 30 -- (Assistant ^, Wand ^^, Presto ^^)

Level 34 -- (Abra ^, Kedabra ^^)

Level 38 -- (Alakazam ^^, Hokus ^^, Pokus ^^^)

Gang Boss Level 39 "Burton" ^^^

Dressed in top hats and wearing outlandish cloathing may make them look goofy, but doing so may wind your sorry but dead! At first apearing human, they are actualy proxies creacted by The Magician to repair the code of the town and keep all the other gangs at bay. This explains why the town looks so clean and why no fights have broken out for a long time. While decent with there fist, most will try to hack you RSI or the Matrix to take advantage of you, or Heal/Upgrade themselfs when forced into group combat situations. There leader is Burton, and is a powerfull Network Hacker, letting his lutenents do his dirty work for him.

:..>Faminn - A corupted proxie who killed his programmer and ran awway in hideing. Since the Vile Wands are strict on debugging code, they would kill him on first sight if he move away from his safehouse. Kill off 16 Vile Wands and take there White Rabbit Pins back to Faminn and he will reward you with "The Magic Touch" (Program Launcher +20 Viral Damage and +10 Concentration.)

:..>Regan Bookshop - A four floor bookstore that is the biggest Library in all of the MegaCity.

:..>Access Node is located on a cornner 20m from the W Hardline with 4 Vile Wands guarding it.

.::Tungston Bvd::.

This is another area of the district that is very vibrent, however it is more so during the day than it is a night. Strip Malls dominate each street, all emerging from the big mall centered in the east side of the neighborhood. The otherside contains a statue park that offers streetside entertainment and a little relaxsation from the other busy neighborhoods.

:..>The Hanged Man

Few programs make it far in there short, recycled lives or facing deletion as exiles. This program however is an exception.

While we do not know the name or names this program came under, we do have records of its past actions explaining why it chose such a way of life in the first place. It started out as protocol for a supressent program designed to premote adictions such as gambling and sex to keep Blue Pills happy in there pods. However, as its understanding of humans grew so did its thirst for knowlage, and unsatified were it was in its "life" he chose self exile. Independent and alone, he spent two cycles of the Matrix studying the various programs, humans and even The One's as they pasted through the Matrix. Eventualy, it found an interesting connection with the Source through an old hacking method requireing deep meditation. To achive this, he famously one day climed Vertigo Tower, one of the largest buildings in the MegaCity with his bear hands and no suport. He then proceeded to wrap himself in a strait jacket, jump into a nap sack, and supsend himself upsidedown on a nose made of chains from the crain above.

This gave him his current nickname "The Hanged Man". Very mysterious and gung-ho spirit, The Hanged Man is currently trying to figure out and control his newfound psychic powers in the next step of his "evolution". To do so obviously, he will need help...boy those Red Pills come in handy don`t they?


:..>The Beatniks

Level 30 -- (Bro ^, Junkie ^^, Hipster ^^^)

Level 32 -- (Mellow ^^, Holis ^^, Rainbow ^^^)

Level 34 -- (Shaman ^^, Bodhisattva ^^^)

Gang Boss Level 36 "Hoffman" ^^^

To the Machines, they are a terroist group. To Zion, they may be potental new soldures for the war. These individuals are made up of Blue Pills who have eather senced the uneaze of the Matrix by natural means or through substance abuse. They grasp the ideas of a singular force binding them and watching them, lacking only the light to wake up. They prefer to live in the Parks, a place the deam how the MegaCity should be all natural. They wear eather casual wear or little cloathing to show how everybody is equal in there mind. The leader is Hoffman and while she detest violence, she will use it if one of his Beatniks are in trouble.

The Conformist - A protocol created by an unknown Machine program who's job is to make sure that Humans fit the Matrix and the Machine's Ideals. He views the Beatniks as a threat to Blue Pill's waking up and if you give him 20 Beatpipes he will give you "The Peacemaker" (Handgun, +20 Range Damage, 2% of Pacify for 8 seconds.)

:..>Vertigo Tower - A very tall building that is still in construction being built at the top. Resembles the Vertigo Building that Niobe ran through in EtM. At the top is the crain with five searchlights pointing to The Hanged Man who can be talked to by Hyperjumping to the Tower Point below him.

:..>Harwick Plaza - A bussling plazza that is hevaly trafficted with good vendors and filled with many small parks.

:..>The Lauence Mall - This is a large, busy Mall wich basement can be accessed and is an Exile hideout for the Mallrats and there leader, Cleo.

:...>The Access Node is in on the rooftop of the second highest building to Vertigo Tower guarded by Beatniks.


.::Chapllin Heights::.

This is an upper crust area were many famous stage, theater, movie actors and producers live in high-rise apartments or privately-owned condos. Even the middle-class citicens that work in this area have big egos as if there jobs mean anything in this simulated world. It is also heavly patroled by the police and private guards to keep this area clear of gangs. Many suprises and beauty awaits for those who are willing to break faces to see it.

:..>Hardlines -- NE, Central, SW

:..>Cheena Turner AKA "The Star"

Adding to the list of the unsueal Major Arcana club is Cheena Turner. A young but strongwilled starlett, hence the name, she has struck gold staring in only 5 movies but each turned out both blockbusters in both domestic and forign markets. She has a partnership with The Network in Downtown, and his mentioning of something called "The Matrix" has sparked intrest in her. She has always wonderd what lived besides this dull-boring world, and being in so many movies about false worlds like "The Burlyman" has pushed her ideas further. However, it seems like there are some people who do not want her to know about this stuff, so she sends others to prod around finding out about this "Matrix" she is in.

:..>Talkies

Level 36 -- (Mute ^, Note ^, Tune ^^)

Level 40 -- (Echo ^^, Woofer ^^, Boomer ^^^)

Gang Boss Level 42 "Charlie" ^^^

Named after the constand chatter of there red walkie-talkies, or after the begining of sounds in movies, the Talkies are there nickname, and make a loud noise as the Chaplin Security team. Wearing dark-blue suits and wild hairstyles, they are a fighting force to be recond with and know extensive knowlage in fire arms. Be warry when you cross the Talkies, expecaly there leader Charlie.

:..>Brewster - A recent Talkies recrute who has trouble with the team making fun of him due to his short size. Ruff them up, give him 20 of there Security Badges and he will gave you the Blabbermouth (Rifle, +16 Range Tacticts, 10% cause Stagger)

:..>Club Hugo - A upper crust dance hall that plays relaitvly modern music tracks. Beautifuly decorated and always has a full house, expecaly when a new movie is being releaced!

:..>Larz Bench - A sparkling bench in a park with a statue of a scruff man typing on a keyboard. It was said to be the place were Larz Warchovic thought up the idea for the classic "The Burlyman" and then worked with his brother Arny Warchovic to make the trilogy.

:..>The Access Node is located between two lofts 30m from the SW Hardline. It is located in a parking garage and is swamped with Talkies.

The thing is, I cannot post there anymore, so it stops after a certaint point. In this thread (and if you know any other popular MXO Forums let me know) I can finish it here, along with drawings and maps that were not in the original. Now, let me finish with the majority of the districts first so I can post those images, only 10 more to go!


.::Queensberry::.

A highly populated area surounded by Busnessmen and the people they sucker in giving up there money, Queensberry has a very contrived past and present of being a Man's district. While prostitution dose not run ramppent, escorts and strippers clubs line the streets as dose major Casinos and Boxing Matches. Many fighters and high-stakes gamblers run rampent here in hopes of hitting hard and scoreing big. Its this type of stratigy that the Machines use to keep Blue Pills happy and asleep, just were they wan't them to be.

:..>Hardlines :: NW, NE, S Central

:..>Jet "The Strength" Dempsey

A famous boxer born in Lamar and grew-up in Queensberry for the rest of his life, Jet is known to his fans and the Arcana club as simply "The Strength". Able to dent steel with just his fist, Jet has led a live of countless victories agaiced even the toughest fighters around. He was even once drafted to join the Army againced the "Red Pill Terrorist" but refused because of his suprising Pacafist nature.

However, recently he has been ordering lots of medication in his later years due to hallucinations and bad dreams. In these dreams, he meets a younger version of himself and he is shooting down a bunch of demons in hell before they rip into him. He also remembers a name of a person called Tasha, but cannot remember who that person is.

Guess he is going to find out once he starts asking for help due to his busy schedual...


:..>The Mile High Club

Level 30 -- (Black Book ^, Chip ^, Pair ^^)

Level 34 -- (Flush ^, Doubles ^^, Trump ^^^)

Level 36 -- (One Armed Bandit ^^, Ace ^^, Duce ^^^)

Gang Boss Level 37 "Moolah" ^^^

Men and Women dressed in there finest clothes, they are all part of a club that profits from prizemoney won in fights. They are fighters themselfs, although not very good at it, though most of the lesser MH members are surounded by the tougher members as security. They love fighting so much that they do not mind to get there hands dirty in order to see a good show. They participate in everything from the MegaCity Boxing Tourny to the Underground Exile Games. There leader is Moolah and is a very tough fighter with high dextarity and a quick-footed style.

:..>Ollie -- A man who has gone broke due to the swindlings of the Mile High Club and there casinos. Pay him back by collecting 18 of their "Prestine Tokens" and he will cash them in to buy him some food and you a pair of "Corbett Sluggers" (Gloves, Power Tactics +10, Melee Damage Resistence %20)

:..>The Megasseum -- A huge area that was built after the first Olimpic Games were held in 1934 and the MegaCity has hosted the games 3 time after that. It also doubles as a football, baseball, and track stadium as wells as an ampitheater for concerts. This resembles the stadium that Dan ran through in World Record.

:..>South Vauxion Paradise HQ -- This is the central building of the SVP Diet & Extersize Corp. They plan Gyms like this that people join to attempt to lose weight and build mussle. It has moved since out of South Vauxion and into Queensberry. This is a Hideout, so watch out for the Dumbbell thugs leading up to there leader, Stroganoff.

:..>Superpunch Monument -- A gorgious statue made by the Sculptress depeicting what locals believe The Strenght and rival boxer Ron Smith being punched in the face during a boxing match. Even though the statue is eroded, looking at the floor of the rink that looks like water, and the dress of the Ron Smith figure in a suit and tie, it is surmiseable that this is the Sculptress' commemoration to Neo for throwing a earth-shattering punch during the Super Burly Brawl.

:..>The Access Node is located in the Score Booth of the Megasseum, were 4 Security Guards are protecting it.


.::Bellucci De Monica::.

A long time ago this place was on the edge of the MegaCity, existing as a large town owned by the Monica Famly. Now it has been incorperated into the MegaCity itself, and is sheading its view as a "Little Italy" and more twards a place to do bussnes. Many people working in Downtown often spend lunch in this area to do more bussness and impress their superiors. Still containing remments of its past, Bellucci is still known for its beautifull vistas, luxorus hotels, and fine dinning resturaunts.

:..>Hardlines :: W, Center, SE


:..>The Moon

A large macro program existing in the Matrix, many are suprised to find out that this function has a mind of its own abit a very limited one. Her story weaves into that of the Matrix itself, for wich durring the second reload was it that her sub-routines were acidently mixed-in with various combat-routines when merging with the source. There for, it is estimated by the Dobermen exiles that she was the one that allowed them to exist and gave them their powers as they know it.

The Moon however acts as a serogate mother to the Lupines, for she resents them but still takes care that they are happy knowing how violent they can get. As such, she often needs help in keeping them under control despite it is her sub-routines that control their transformation.

Throught her existence, she has felt alone besides the Lupines, as she was one of the few programs without an coutner-program to offer suport and to help her out. However, due to the resent Reload caused by Neo, she believes that her equil has emerged and seeks out to find it.


:..>The Caravaggio's

Level 32 -- (Stroke ^, Line ^, Worshoper ^^)

Level 34 -- (Luner ^, Preist ^^, Zeliot ^^^)

Level 36 -- (Sage ^^^)

Gang Boss Level 38 "Faustulus" ^^^

A Doberman Cult so out there that Ookami is even sketchy about them, these are all exiles who believe that The Moon program is the key to the Matrix and that respecting her is the only way to stabalise the system. They offer animal sacrafices and communal moon-watchings to worship her, believing that she will protect them. While she is offten flatterd by these actions, she still thinks that they are beliving in a lost cause and should find perpiouse of their own. Still, she dose watch over them to make sure they do not bother the human population. They earned their nickname "Caravaggio's" because most of them make a living from stealing art from the museums and selling them over the black market. Their leader is "Faustulus" and is the most wize and religious of them all.

:..>Rhea Silvia -- A painter who had many of her private works ruined by the Caravaggios. She wishes you revenge by stealing 18 Anumati Brushes and she will give you the "Picasso's Maddness". (Shirt, +10 Compiling, Range Combat Tactics +8  )

:..>Hengo Telescope -- A large telescope named after Dr. Chang Hengo who found a new commet he named "Wormwood" that passes every 25 years. It is runned by five scientest, and the building ajacent to it contains research data recording from space observations via the Hengo Telescope.

:..>Le Vari -- A popular french resturaunt inhabbited by the Super Ritch in the upper towers. From there each member of socity is ranked by how high or low your floor is to the 101 floors of the entire building. The Merovingian likes to eat Brunch and do bussness there, so keep an eye out for him or one of his messangers like Flood to show up.

:..>Pitture Della Riva Museum -- An amazing water front that displays various paintings throught the ages by using a built in cannal system were the viewers get into small boats and pass by each exibit by floating through each area.

:..>The Majestic Monument -- The neighborhood's halmark beauty is an amazing large square crystal that reflects the light of the sun. This is an instrument used by The Moon to project herself inside the crystal at night so she can give out mission to Red Pills. Remember, her image dissapears in the day, so be quick to asks befor she dissapears.

.:: Praxin ::.

The most low class area of the district, treading closer to the areas leading to the International District. The outer rim were most people drive through are a collection of warehouses and shoddy love hotels. The inside parts of the district were the poor workers live is like a large maze, made up of tiny buildings and high fences. Prostitution runs rampent in the streets, making Praxin the largest Red Light District in the Mega City. Car Lots are also rampet, combiend with the free parking and no choppers makes this an ideal place to park your car while you venture into other, more happy parts of the district.

A greedy exile program, this indian looking man is realy a program that owns MegaCab Express, a huge public transportation venue that has cabs, buses and other vechiles in the MegaCity. With a old brown leather coat, high class shoes, a red turban and a huge ciggar in hand Chariot is a bussness man through and through. He would not even save his own mother unless there was financal benifit to come out of it, that is if he did had a Mother.

While on the surface the cab fair pays a pritty penny, its only half of his income. The other portion of his weath that he dose not put in his tax book comes from the many Brothels he owns through Praxin. May of his clients are well known individuals, both human and program, who owe him many of value through transperation of goods and "specal services" by his "girls."

The Chariot is always looking for a young do nothing who can help him run the two lucrative bussness he owns, people like you and other fellow Redpills.

One thing is sure, these are all women in wich life delt them a bad hand.

While supervised by many Pimps, all of them are owned by Chariot and it is not uncomon to see someone use one of Chariots Taxies to drive to one of Chariots popular brothel. Knowing how the streets of MegaCity are tough, Chariot has lent them protection in the forms of guns and ability codes that make them reasonaly well in combat, and formidable in mobs.

There leader is Pan Jin Lian, a Succubis who is both a brothel owner and previous ex-prostitue of the group. She is very protective and strict about her girls and how people treat them.

To Red Pills and Programs however, this is a highly dangerous zone. Every inch of this Creston Heights sized neighborhood is owned and maintained by the Machines. No exile lives here, and a awakend human like your self would not last five minute if upmost caution is not maintaned. Inside this chunk of city, many deals and strongholds lies with in the steal and glass walls. The maze like nature of Staenberg make it a highly valued spot within the Matrix for both Zion and the Machines. Be carefull.

As I had said, the deeper you look into the underworkings of the Matrix, the more unusual and complex the system starts to become. Most operatives in the Matrix are use to the idea of programs being Human RSI's that they can interact with. While a comon group, these programs are in a minority of the majority of programs that actualy operate the Matrix. Thus we now come to your first meeting with a true Machine program known as The World.

The World is what Morpheus had once described to Neo what the Matrix was; everyone and no one. The World is the universal eye in the Matrix system, existing in a sub-layer of the Matrix that documents all programs and objects as it operates into the Matrix. No human has ever seen The World face to face, but most people have felt it. The World exist everywere in the Matrix, watching everyone at every moment of every second of the day. Only the Agents can see it and communicate with it, via there earpeices were The World whispers things to them when something happens with in the system.

It has seem that because of the increased problems occuring within the system, The World has started to hire normal humans to do more mundane tasks of stabalising the Matrix. Vast knowlage of the system can be learned this way, but a problem exist. Due to the nature of The World, it has to overwright a human host in order to communicate with it. Depending on the day it may be one of 7 people in 7 places within Staenberg. Once The World is located, you must beware of its nature. The World has no reguards for human life and because it sees operatives as expendable, will send them into highly dangerous situations that even Agents are not allowed to go. We advise upmost caution if you are going to ttry to work for the rewards of The World.

In the last iteration of the Matrix, Staenberg while still made out of tall buildings and inhabited by the rich, was a very crime ridden and shady neighborhood. Both normal urban crime and exile acitivty was very high within every backalies, and as a favoret Merovingian hangout was always filled with illict activity. No one dared to walk the streets at night.

People still do not walk the streets at night, but for a new reason all together. Facing pressure, the Machines organised a new military group called the Regime. Made up of mostly Blue Pills with select programs as Platoon Generals, the Regime managed to drive away the entire underground crime out of the neighborhood. They are outfited with the latest weapondary and military tech to deal even with Exiles. They are the only know group of people who actualy managed to drive the Merovingian and his crew out of the area, causing them to take Hampton Green as his main operations base.

The Regime now sits as the secret police of Staenberg, black bagging suspects and folowing any supicious individuals in the shadows. When they think they have found there target, they rush in with many men and fire as many rounds as necisary to take there target down without trial or warrent. There current leader is Sargent O'Brian.


:..> Beta -- Rumor has it he was once a ordinary famly man whos Wife and Kids were black bagged because they confused him for another suspect. Now he lurks out of sight and tries to bring his own personal vedetta of justice untill they free his famly. If you can give him 18 of the SIM Chips the little black boxes that the Regime has tagged on them, he will in return trade you the Betamax( SMG, Balistic Accuracy +10, 2% of Breaking Evade Sheild)

:..> Sub Metro -- An imporant stronghold, this is Zion's awnser to the Hel Club in Creston Heights. To get there, you need to navigate the maze like nature of the center part of the neighborhood. You can and will get lost, rumor has it you must folow the White Rabbits that are ectched into the suroundings to locate the door next to the bent lightpost.. Beware, if you are not a soldure of Zion, E Plurbus Neo will start spawing in to take care of you. When you have found the door, you eather need to be invited by someone in high command like Niobe or have a mission that sends you there.

Once inside you will find the inside of the place maze like and facinating. Two high ranking soldures, Boaz and Jachin, are the guards of the door in repalcement from previous guards Wurm and Corrupt. Boaz is the burly man who carries a mean rapid-fire Shotgun while Jachin is thin and prefers using his fist and kife throws to take down the oposition. They love to compeat with each other. Located near the Command Table in the next room is Hertz, who is the operator link between Zion Command and inside the Command Room. There are wooden chairs and stools to sit down and plenty of standing space. Folowing a service later or a pipe, you can acces a small underground section with some Zion guards walking in the sewers. A Prop and Zion Collector is located here, as well as a Zion Archivest to warp you to the constructs. There is also a Train Station here were you can warp yourself to any other Train Station in the MegaCity for quick excape.

Meetings for High Level players will be located here. People who have seen the movies will reconise this place from the begining of Reloaded during wich the Captain's Metting was held and Neo had to fight off Upgraded Agents. The damage of that fight is still etched into the walls of the chambers.

:..>Anatta Herb & Tea Incorperated -- This is the bussness headquarters for the major Tea manufacturing and distributing pant in MegaCity. All of there products are stored in Southard and Uria, there primary selling point are the districts in International with its many tea shops.

:..> The Perrineau Screen Actors Guild -- This is the location of a Hollywood Talent Agency and Guild that cators to the Actors and Crewmembers of both stage plays and motion pictures..

:..> Manex Tower -- A tall needle point tower that has a red blining light on the top of it. People say that if stand directly under the four pillars of the tower under a new moon you will gain the knowlage of the universe. This has been proven myth by locals.

:..> Port Geta -- This in the North Western part of the City starts the Brown Line, a LOOP track that circles the key parts to the Entertainment District.

 :..> The Access Node is located in the west side of the inner maze part of Staenberg were it is evaly guarded by 4 of the Regime. You will need an Access Node Key Card that is dropped by White Security in Park East Downtown.

To the extream south west of the district we find ourselfs lost in the vibrant rush that is Sunrise Bvd. Known for its fantastic view of sunrises and sunsets, it sits next to the edge of the tributary that branches off from the main river. Surounded by water, there is more of a surf and turf culture here that blends in with some of the asian influences from the International District. Film makers lover to come here to film scenes with the waterscape in the background, and the locals all love to party and remain in a vibrent festive spirit.

A woman dressed in white african garb that constrasts with her dark mohogany skin, the High Preistess scurrys around the neighborhood with her hair all up in a bun and a confidant smile on her face. Her current asignment is to take care of Sati, teaching her about the Matrix and grooming her to be a very capable adult program. Previoiusly Sunrise Bvd use to be a haven for runnaways and sweat shop workers. Discontended with the area when Sati moved in, the High Priestess worked with her on a new plan to give the lost ones a positive goal. The MegaCity scouts were born, a girlscout program that takes in lost and troubled youth and turn them into upstanding members of the community.

Most of the Scouts are just normal Blue Pills selling cookies and camping out in the parks. However, the higher rung memebers are high level programs that have converted over to this possitive endevor. They are trained in combat and handywork so that they can defent Sati or the neighborhood if it comes under attack by rival gangs. There leader is Mrs. Loww, a Red Pill in a brown bussness Scout suit that was once a disgrunted Cyphrate before switching over.


:.> Blackberry -  A nasty peice of work, this exile was one of the few that fought Neo in the Cheatue and lived to tell about it. He is toughter than titanium and has a very nasty adituded, though most say that is bark is worse than his bite. Though one has to wonder, why would the Merovingian send such a savage warrior out to spy on the MegaCity scouts, take 21 of there MegaSashes, and reward people the Scout's Honor ( Berette/Skirt, Initiative +5, Inner Strength Sitting Regeneration Rate +20) for doing so?

:..> Kwan Teng Sun & Co Teahouse - A popular Teahouse with some long history in the Matrix. The original Tea House was suposidly built circa 1842 by Teng Sun and his brotherhood when they settled here in MegaCity. Since then, the Teahouse now sits were the old International District was and high rise buldings have been built around it. Due to the noise outside and to prevent property damage, a concreet infostructure was built around the original Teahouse. Inside, the wood and house is built in mint condition, the infostructure blocks out all noise from outside to give customers some rest. Because of its history and expensive Tea, many important figures have came to relax here including the imfamous Seraph who comes here to meditate from time to time. However, to enter the Teahouse is on invite only to prevent overcrouding. This is the same Teahouse from The Matrix Reloaded.

:..> The Viper Pit -- Its slogan is "Systems a Go-Go!" and its one of the most fast place wild clubs around. A mix of ravercore and hawaiian theams, the Viper Pit despite its scathing name is actualy a clash of britghtly collored fads and hipsters. The dance floor below is dark and candle lit, and the bar servers tropical drinks 24/7.

:..> The Strip - The Strip is the slang name for a small town area that has a bunch of popular and frequent buildings all crammed onto one street. Tourist often come by and take pictures of the various architecture wich locals custome complain about. Located on the strip is Eat & Ins, a very popular diner that was used in the popular cult flick "Flipside Burn". Mallony Laudromat is the largets laudromat in the entire MegaCity sporting over 50 washers and 80 dryers that are frequently used. Next up is Wyvern Automat & Wash, a Carwash place that also hosts an Automat were people often eat while there car is being cleanned. LittleBiggs Playpen is a small kids park with various toys and jungle gyms to play on. Lastly, the two Wabash Flats is an apartment complex were numerious resident live, including the High Priestess.

:..> Commodore Cove - The tributary cuts into the land at the northern part of the neighborhood, creating a cove that bisects Sunrise Bvd and Berggers Way. The cove is named after John Commodore, a sailor who used a small yatche to sail up the river into the then unknown part of the tributary that would become the Entertainment District. Because of the current that flows through the cove, people from Sunrise and Berggers like to send bottle notes back and forth across the body of water. Its also a frequet dating spot and photo tourist oprotunity.

All the way to the west of Staneburgh lies a narrow strip of land that has become a township in of itself but barely. Most of the houseing development is to the south of the neighborhood, the upper part is over-runned by industrial towers and wearhouses. Many of the residents are prop makers and visual effects studios, but recently many private corprate sectors have open. With a door attached to a wall on every corner, this place is ideal for hiding riff raft and contraband. Be on the look out, both companies and thugs alike guard there digital treasures with the upmost caution.

The Tower is a recent new member to the Major Arcana to wich our data shows to have a very intrested past and character. In Muranu is the GRT or the Goverment Research Tower. Murnau is an ideal place for the unwanted to hang out. You cannot get a larger or more scheeming bunch of riff-raft than the Dumpsert Divers. With black maskes on, tatterd cloathing and various tools and gagetry they hop the fences of the corperate gates to serach in the trash bins for records and used parts. The Muranu Township and Goverment put such activity as illigal and stealing/possessing used goverment items and property is sentenced to death.

The Dumpster Divers uses not only there strenght but there programming skills to confuse, hide, and send deadly program that cause chaos to unlucky targets that try to stop them. COBOL is the most powerfull member of this rag-tag team, and while not very strong himself he can create powerfull Proxies that will turn you into swiss cheeze if you cross his path.

Sitting in the center of the the entire Entertainmen District lies Patterson. A long standing neighborhood starting out as a huge back lot for movie productions studios, the place evolved over time in to its own neighborhood as production and crew people thought it would be more efficent to live near the job site than commute in.

It is not an unsueual sight to see people walking around the streets to coffie shops and work offices while camramen and directors are shooting on its backlots and studios for films. The place has a very empty clean feel, making it even more of a hotspot due to the famous people that populate the area and its center hardline that makes it a mad rush to jack out if trouble comes around.

:..> The Wheel of Fate

There are many rumors were these three women came from. Some believe they are a failed experiment in trying to recreate an intuitive program like the Oracle. Other stories say that they are the first original potentals in the Matrix and that they are still in there pods, tricking the system to let them live in stasis forever.

What ever there foggy history with the Matrix they may be, we do know a few concreet things about them. The three sisters are named Nona, Decima, and Morta. While all three have diffrent RSI's, they together project themselfs a new identity in the Matrix known as the Wheel of Fate. According to historic data from the Machines, they possess a very high level of decoding skills wich grants them such abilites as foresight, intuition, and even the ability to create or end life in the Matrix itself.

Only the brave would folow them and there endevors, trying to figure out there motives and reasons would be like trying to catch smoke with your bare hands.

Many people wonder why the area of Patterson has such a low rate of crime and virtualy no police activity with in the area. Infact, the old saying is that the place is a giant berial ground and that the spirits of the dead are watching over us, playing with our lives.

While this local tall tale is obviously false, what is not false is the idea that such a tale was most likely fabricated to describe the hidden organasation called the Illuminoids. Visualy, dressed in white and red trench coats with hoods masking their faces, they look compleatly out of place in the surounding urban enviroment. However, masters of disguise and secretcy, they move around Patterson like ghosts leaving no stone unturned and not one bit of code to trace them.

Working as a mass unit, they carry out the predictions and wishes of the Wheel of Fate, obeying her like some sort of god figure. If someone needs to die for a future outcome, or if some object needs to be in a certaint place at a certaint time, they will be the ones there making sure such predictions happen. They are prepared to fight to the death for the future they believe in, so load your most powerfull abilities and guns if you are forced to cross paths with them.


:.> Ahaz - The leader of the Illuminoids. A very power program Ahaz is and for a pacifist is highly trained in the arts of destruction. He comes from a much older version of the Matrix, and has found solice and perpose working for the Wheel of Fate. He is so connected to her that not only can they speak great distances through telepathy, but he can even see glimpses of the future that the Wheel has invesioned. Consumed by perfection and power, he will give anyone who has 16 Chance Dice a pair of Looking Glasses ( Shades, Perception + 5, Force Combat +3) if they help him weed out weak individuals of his organasation.

:..> Studio Lot 46 -- A backlot of three warehouses containting many movie sets. Some are left overs from the smash hit film The Burlyman: Such as the Hovercraft Room, Sky Barn, and the Raining Street with Crator. Other sets include the Burning House from the movie "Martan Loco", Planitiod set from the film "Operation Q" and the Sand Temple from the film "Ronin from Egypt".

:..> The Blue Box -- A bustling club that is in stark contrast to the otherwise dull and sunny city, The Blue Box is a dark raver palace with an underground section that sports a gutted subway train and metalic structures. A mix of industrial tunes and acid house pump from the speakers while the rooms in the upper level of the building are used for private dealings for club attendees.

:..> Babbage Square -- Lunch is served 24 hours at this out door eating lounge. At its center is the Eatty Bits buffette that serves food for locals and studio workers in the area. Through the small buildings are both inside and outside dineing and wide open spaces for breathing room.

:..> Arias Production Studio HQ -- A two jointed tower production studio lot located in the South Eastern corner of Patterson but west of the SE Center Hardline. They over see the brick and mortor dirty work of movie production in this section, co-owned and managed by Sentinal Publisher INC and Network Industries.

:..> The Access Node is located between the club and the plaza all the way north just below the border line from Bellucci De Monica and Vaudville. In the middle of the transformers feild seats a few Level 32 Illuminoids who chalange the fate of the person that desires access. You will need an Access Card from the Joker's Child in Nastrian. This is the same spot in the Matrix that Jue deliverd the package and died in Final Flight of the Osiris.

Most of the neighborhood is runned and operated by the hospital including security and leasure facilities. However, the west side of the district blends in more with Patterson and Tungston Bvd, more townlike in nature. The people that live in this area eather work at the Hospital or simply move in due to the traqulity and shelter the neighborhood provides, leaving the gambling to Queensberry and shopping to Tungston.

This is all the background information we have available for Sylvia Scry, a sad little girl who has now joined the Major Arcana under the alias of Tempreance. Still a Blue Pill, at age 8 she fell into a coma. After visiting 6 medical facilities, nobody knows why she just suddenly just fell into a comatose state. She has moved into the St. Skroce Hospital and has "lived" there ever since, current age 14. What remains very interesting about this whole thing, is that suposidly the machines moved her there due to some high level nurokendic ativity for advance study and resarch. Even they have no idea what has happend to her.

Despite her comatose state, operatives have reported in saying that around the hospital, redpill technology has gone haywire and they have seen ghost-like projections moving around at night. She may have found some way to bend the Matrix, in wich she might be trying to contact someone outside of the hospital. If you do manage to receve contact, do so with caution and interogate imediatly.

Ever since Sylvia Scry came to stay at the St. Skroce Hospital, terrible things have happend. The hospital staff has called her a cursed child, strange things happen in lonely rooms were nobody is waiting or operating on. Then an epidemic broke out, causing many ill and many more dead. Soon a dealing with the Kalt Chemical Corp for medical chemicals partnerd with the hospital, eco terrorist harrassed the doctors and nurses within the building. With the recent addition of the Insane Assylum, something had to be done.

Enter Dr. Zed, a senior PhD Virologist and Nurology. Dr. Zed decided that a much larger and well equiped security staff was needed to protect the grounds. After much recrutement scouting and paperwork, the Medical Security Unit was formed. With light chest armor and dressed in white uniforms, the MSU are designed for non-lethal combat. Traquilizer Dart Guns, Bean Bag Shotguns and hand-to-hand combat techiques are used to subdue the target that is causing havoc on hospital grounds.

Dr. Zed is so parranoid, rumor has it that he has vials that he carrys containing lethal viral complexes that would harmfull to both copertops and redpills in case of capture. When dealing with Dr. Zed and his team, be very carefull of there tatics and do not dismiss the effectiveness of their non-lethal nature.


:.> Beri Beri - Over 40, "Beri" (real name Noc Gollati) is the nick name of the MSU Balistic Cartaker. Since the weapons of the MSU are non-lethal and specaly designed for the hospital, high security has been place on the weapons catche to avoid theaft. Each MSU person has a magnetic ID code that indicates authorasation for there own asigned weapons. However, there is a possible exploit, since Beri only reads the output of the scanned ID cards and not the security cameras. You may beable to sploit the system by some Socal Engenearing. The most likely canidate is Athony Tony, who if you obtain his ID card (you have to go through many, around 16 Medical Badges) you can trick Beri to give you the A.Tony Riotgun ( Shotgun, Maximum Health +80, 10% Rooted 8 seconds).


:..> St. Skroce Hospital for Well Being -- St. Skroce was said to arived in the MegaCity around 1745 when MegaCity use to be a town instead of a British Colony. It was here were he suposidly healed the sick and provided charity and missionary to the residence and natives. Setting up the churches in MegaCity, the spot were he healed the sick is suposidly were the St. Skroce Hospital is located. Dedicated to his name sake, St. Skroce is the largest hospital in the MegaCity, taking up to four normal MegaBlocks to suport all the high tech equipment and growing population. From check ups to major nural surgeries are preformed at St. Skroce with the best medical staff and highly trained doctors around. Rumor has it that paranormal activitiy has been sited here, as well as there are Machine controled sections of the complex that deal with experimentation of humans unauthorised and unethically to Zion's standards.

:..> Aleister Asylum for the Clinicly Insane -- A recent addition next to the St. Skroce Hospital. The place shares the same employies of the MSU, however nobody wants to work there. Screams and scratching can be heard through the walls and cells of pacents echoing through the night, and many suspect that the place is actualy haunted.

:..> The Big Iron -- A recently build club owned by Xenix, who's idea was aproved by the town to make it resemble a real neighborhood and avoid becoming a compleat hospital campus. This old storage facilty ware housed in cast iron was once used to house various medical facilites such as wheelchairs and metal splints. As such, the entire club has turned into a deep techno trance club with a medical fetish twists. Tight latex nurse uniformed vixins injecting drugs to hevaly bounded men in hospital beds are not unsual in this join.

:..> Topps Diner -- A old resturant that use to be a venture from the old neighborhood Topps into the then town of Skroce, Topps is now known as Southhard. They are known for serving various foods, including vegan and other specalites for the rehibilitating pacents that may be under strict diets.

:..> The Access Node is located to the extreme south east of Skroce. Located in the public east vistiors lounge, its guarded by MSU. You will need an Access Card from the Bookwyrm, in Chelsea Downtown.

.::Berggers Way::.

Bergers Way is something of a rarity in the Matrix. A L-shaped portion of land surounded by Queensberry, Praxin, and Tungston Bvd; this land use to be an old community road used back during the colonical era of the MegaCity. Still trafficed but not as much due to the invention of the freeway system, Berggers Way still retains the fauna and dirt grounds the MegaCity of past Matrixies had. It is quite eazy to lose yourself in the many forested parts and low town houses, such its a good refuge spot for anything that want's to be remain hidden.

:..> Hardlines :: W, SE

:..> The Hermit

As you walk along the main road, you may feel that you need to stray off the path to explore. One such place is off the middle of the main road hidden in the trees, there is a crumbled down old building with no roof. Inside, if you look hard enough, you will find the Hermit.

This program remains a mystery to us even to this day. We do know through contact that The Hermit is a very philisophical yet hyper-paranoid individual. Hence why he has created a sub-construct of himself within the system, a sort of bubble. Nobody can touch him, rumors have it that even Smith could not penitrate his defences.

Because of such extream isolation, he is often stuck in the past and has little knowlage about the recent reconstructions and changes within the system. Therefore, he needs the help of anyone passing by to keep him updated on the Matrix and the system as a whole.


:..>Destitutes

Level 36 -- (Lone , Boot , Floater , Drifter , Introvert )

The Destitutes are unusual for an Exile gang in that their membership is made up of Exiles that were either refused entrance by other gangs or simply want to be left alone. Consequently the Destitutes have no formal goals other than to protect their own turf.

Most operatives know the Destitutes from Jurong, however very little is known about this pocket in Beggers Way. Recent info sugests that these group of rejects found solitued here due to the unstable nature of the neighborhood, making it eazy to mask themselfs in. Their status as "rejects" does not make this group of Destitutes easy marks, however. In some cases they were shunned because of their unpredictable, violent, or bizarre natures.

While this group finds solitude in this zone peacefull, it may not last for very long. Due to there purpouseless nature they are percived as a threat for those who are or were part of the system. Broken they tend to call them, something that needs to be fixed like a watch. The Iluminoids who stress in faith have put up programs to chalange the nillistic nature of the Matrix. The Beatniks are also looking into the area for new hiding spots and they are fearful of detection by Agents, causing them to believe that redpills will bring unwanted attention to their domain.

Nurotic and paranoid, do not cross paths with this group of Destitutes, they are not like there push overs in Jurong.


:.> Pope Bill -- A representative of the Illuminoids from Patterson, Pope Bill is known for his extream points of view and his excentric nature. Speaking in a big booming voice and using big words, he preaches to the Destitutes to force them back to working for the system and most likely the Illuminoids themself. He will also benifit anyone who helps premote his preachings, and if you manage to give him 14 Still Compasses he will reward you with his Rawhides ( Boots, Evade Interlock +10, Off-Balanced Resistance +15).


:..> The Way - A nick name for the namesake of this nighborhood, The Way is the old path through the lightly forested area that connects Praxin and Downtown to Sunrise Bvd and the rest of Entertainment. Up untill 10 years ago, the wide roadway use to be a dirt path but now has recently be paived as per the MegaDMV standards for drivability. This path through the MegaCity has always been used as a rout back when natives roamed the land to modern times.

:..> Bergger Woodlands -- A lightly forested area surounding The Way. The Woodlands are coverd with trees, rocks, hills and pently of walking space. The thick brush makes it eazy to stay hidden, however it is also eazy to get lost if you do not know your way. Programs and Redpills alike like to Data Mine here due to the unstaible nature of this zone.

:..> Project Greenhouse -- A tall four story building near the upper boarder of Queensberry. It is mostly made up glass with various fauna growning inside as part of a new "Need for Green" policy of the MegaCity.

:..> Trinity Tree -- A very tall tree that has been raised up and put on a platform of dirt, the Trinity tree is one of the largest and oldest trees in the MegaCity. The wood is known to be a very deep brown, almost black and color. Rumor has it that if you look verticaly at the grooves of the bark you can make out words and shapes that tell you your fortune.

:..> The Shore -- A small town area that extends from the forest, all the houses face Commodore Cove and are tightly packed into each other in a row, like a can of sardines. People like to fish here and take pictures of the cove. There is also a thriving market here, and a famous past time of young locals is to send messages in bottles across the cove. Near the East end of the cove, there is a large gate were you can walk down to a clifside were boats would normaly dock in. Because of the extensive Mass Transit and Freeway system however, boat docking is not as common as it use to be.
