here somethings i ran across
Shadow

the master shadow is grayed out

and a word of advice
it was cool that u put an index.html page in
modueles
and the MxO_Abilities directpory
but you should do the same for the other ones as someone could come all ur work and save all ur images

they can still do it but it will be harder without seeing the wide open directory and will make it a lot harder to copy ur hard work

Thx for that.  Yes it was greyed out because at the time and still is that ability icon isn't available in the FanSite Kit.  But I should at least used the one I got from in game that I used in the actual ability discription.

I really need to re-do all those, but with the coming ability changes it's going to be a lossign battle to keep them up-to-date specially when they make sweeping changes that don't even make it into patch notes.

In regards to image and contents 'stealing' even if I use .htaccess if people want to take all the work I've done they will so I don't really worry about that side of things much.  Most people know where the 'real' place to get info is.  Also most images specially the abilities are already in the Fan Site Kit so it would be far easier for them to just get 'em from there Smiley

As in use the whole ability tree as I have designed and setup?  No you can't use it exactly like that, but that said most of the menu images are out of game you can take and make the image rollovers and such yourself if you've got a few hours/days to spare Smiley

but you have it set up that anyone can steal your work

heck i already did and have it uploaded and in a zip file

i mainly want it on my site so people dont leave my site and also if your site goes down for what ever reason

at bottom of each page i have a link pointing back to you and giving you full credit

i would iframe your page in mine but you got all these menus and junk that would mess up the design of my page

It's the internet you can't stop anyone from taking any images, no mater what you do!  Also I don't hold copyright on the in game images they are held by SOE, but I do on the design and page layouts.

So feel free to make your ability guides.  What's your site?

No I said go ahead and make your own guides.  Like I've done from the WBIE/SOE content.

Also it seems you're more paranoid than is warrented I didn't even think or care who you was.  Also if I was that concerned I could block your IP at the base domain level.

Everyone in the MxO community knows who and where that guide is done.

Lemme get this straight.  Are you planning on stealing Drac's guides to host on your own site?

If so, i can see why Drac would be pissed.  He has spent incalculable amount of hours working on all the guides/lists etc and to have some twat jump on here and knock it off is disgusting.
