ABOUT
Blipper is a tool I wrote to help you manage your blip file. You can add, edit, remove, and import blips with it. It's a very straight-forward tool.
This program requires that you have .NET v1.1 on your PC. Most people have that nowadays. If you're not sure, head over to Windows Update to be sure.

WARNING
This tool is in no way, shape, or form supported or condoned by Monolith or WBI. You are using this out of your own risk. You should make a backup of your blip file before using this tool.

I've done a reasonable amount of testing, so this tool is relatively stable, but better safe than sorry.

DOWNLOAD
-Introduced my first stab at translating the internal game coordinates to coordinates that users actually see in-game. Be warned, it is not 100% accurate, but it should be close enough.
-Added the six archives as identifiable districts.
-When invalid coordinates are entered, the field turns red instead of getting an annoying message.

Yeah I'm surprised myself, I guess they've just forgot about them.  As they are read-only no much to worry about.
