Well a little more input would be a benefit, yes I've been trying to get all the luggable items available from various constructs or districts for a type of 'guide'

As for Data mining there is a brief bit on it in the Beginners guide but not that detailed and doesn't cover the datamine construct.

Not playing the game doesn't help in focusing what is required or missing.  So what you want/expect out of that type of guide will help.
