Guide lists Hacker Abilities Red Frag in Furihata.

I've been farming Silver Dragons for a few hours to fill in some gaps in my operative tree and only ever found the Operative Object.

I've been gone for a while so could be there's another gang somewhere in the area with other frags that I don't remember.

I'm not sure.  I'm sure this may be appropriate for a allot longer, but I think with the re-flow many of the RED Frags are dropped by alternate MOBS now.  I hope some infomation is passed on.
