LOL. I got the Black Prophet Duster, and teh Enhanced Green for level 27 (very nice one Ballistic dam 3%) and some others, but was wondering if anyone had an actual Black prophet duster that was better than the base Shocked Besides if there was an Actual neo coat i would think it would max all attributes over 100 and you would be able to at least level up to 255, and hehehe no memory issues for loadouts. Maybe like Neo had like 1000 mem slots or something.
