Check the coder tree for an ability called 'repair items' it might help ya out  :wink:

Or you can always just ask around if anyones willing to repair your item.

As Cloud said, make sure you have the ability loaded.  You also need to put all your tools for coding (repair, compiler, decompiler and code analyzer) into a hotbar to be able to use them.  From there, make sure the item is selected in your inventory, then click the appropriate tool from your hotbar.
