hello there i am a very old player coming back into the game. i wanted to ask how are things in the servers. also i am considering of rolling a new character in the pvp server. would that be a good idea ? is pvp in MxO fun. when i played i used to be a pve player so i hadn't experienced the pvp side of the game the time i was playing. so any advice would be good.

Hey, welcome back to MxO! Always good to see old players coming back to try things out. The server's are doing okay. Syntax is the most populated these days for sure. PvP in MxO can be a lot of fun, but keep in mind that you can PvP on all the servers. For you being a PVE player in the past, it might be an idea to get into on of the non-hostile servers, where you can PVP if you want to, but you're not forced to all the time. If you want to focus solely on PvP though, deffinitely go Vector. You're perma-flagged once you hit lvl 15. You'll start to pick up different PvP tactics and nuances very quick if you're on Vector.

I made a character in Syntax. The game has a couple of very frustrating bugs i must say. Like the dissappearing sounds and the graphic glitches. I've seen on the official forums people mentioning the sound system problems but haven't seen any answers to the problem.

If your on Vista, a lot of the graphics issues are getting looked at for next update.

As for sound, can't say i've noticed any particular issues. Unless you alt tab alot. In which case you just need to go to your aduio tab in the in-game options menu then back again. It re-initialises the sound.

yeah i keep getting the sound error when alt tabbing and when i initialize ingame music or switch it off. But i'll try your way to see if it fixes it.
