who do i get the information too?  its not listed in the access nodes chart.

i got a Kaede access card in appolyon.  i didn't realize what it was until after i had left, so i'm not sure who dropped it, but i believe it was a level 16, 3 chevron version of the major gang there.  i'm not 100% on that, but pretty sure.

was quite surprised to find an International in Richland, but there you go.

Some gangs drop other distrct keys as well as the ones they noramly do. Its been awhile but I rember getting two diffrent keys on one mob. From what I can tell though it is a rare happening and if it happens conceder yourself lucky ^^
