Make sure the link you're using is correct. Also try to double and single space between the pipe key( | ).

Code:
/radio addfave (name)  |  (url) or /radio addfave (name) | (url)



If the ingame way doesn't work you can always create or use an existing .txt file that's shoul be located inyour MatrixOnline file. Look for mpfavorites if it already exists. If it does then just copy the format of the other links with the new link and name.
