I decided to make a quick post about this to give a few tips on taking some decent screenshots.

The default commands for removing the UI (User Interface) and Character Names are:
ctrl + T  (To remove character tags)
ctrl + U  (To remove the UI)

Now, to take a screenshot without your avatar being in the picture is a bit more tricky.  As far as I know, the only way you can do it is by way of a sort of glitch within the matrix.  Whenever you initially jack in to the Matrix, there seems to be a camera issue that allows you to zoom in completely to your character, not on your avatar however, but above it, removing your Avatar from view.
This camera view will revert to it's normal setting (zooming in on your character rather then above it) as soon as you either jump or hyper jump.
Now, to take a picture somewhere your required to jump to get there, I find that if you go to the desired location first, jackout, then log back into the matrix, you'll appear in that same location, and you should be able to zoom in over your character.

Hope these tips are some help.
