I played the game a while back and am gonna start playng again. There used to be a website called the matrixdojo that had a downloadable UI map with most of the locations ingame. I can't find it anywhere now.It was really useful and i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find it.

Check this link out.  There are a number of different maps that you can mix and match to replace the one you have in game.  You can select single options you want flagged such as  Hardlines or  Bosses, or there is a complete map that has pretty much everything you would need including Access nodes and Pandoras Box contacts.
I don't think it's been updated since before CR2.0 but it is still very useful nonetheless.
