Namely Assassins.

here is a situation you might find familiar...
Someone breaks your sheild, you see a guy putting on disguise, you see the sparkly yellow of hyper speed as they charge up to you. Reverse Bulldog. You are now stunned, they run off reapply the disguise then come back and finish you with any one of the moves they have left. If not then you're almost dead and standing there stunned with no sheild.

It's tough because there is very little time to shoot them or launch a hack while they are running up to you the first time. Although if you can hit them they die rather quickly without combat toughness.

What are your methods for dealing with assassins?

Well, what I do when i fought D3athBlad3. While he was going to assassin me, I just run backwards until Im far enough away to do a stunning throw to freeze him in place ^^
(And I run faster then him "Hyper Speed"+"Seraphim Shoes")

Well, as an Infiltrator myself (a tree that is based off spy) I can tell you that it sure is annoying from my NPC enemies' standpoint when I keep Harrying Attacking them.  Which is why I tend to not do it.
